    I have firmware 3.0 and it's jailbroken.

Now, I used to be able to touch and hold the screen right at the top where the time, battery etc... symbols are and eventually a drop down box would appear with various options such as Wifi on/off, UAFaker on/off, bluetooth on/off, respring and so on.

However, I can't do that anymore and I do not recollect changing anything. How can I turn this back on?

SBSettings was the app in question that doesn't work!

You're talking about sbsettings. Did you just update to 3.0 and then JB? If so, you're going to have to reinstall sbsettings. If not, just try uninstalling it from Cydia and reinstalling.

Well, I fixed it. For some reason, I used to be able to hold my finger at the top and it would appear. However, after Cydia did some updates, that was no longer possible. Fix is to make a sweeping motion with my finger
