are they new parts? old parts? high-quality? low-quality?

if they're new (as in, recently manufactured, not unused. jsut make sure they work) and high-quality (sorry, no one wants the parts from your old dell) then you can probably find a computer store that will buy them. many computer stores have used parts sections and buyback deals

You will get much more for it on eBay, or even in the Marketplace here.

If you wanted to sell stuff like that locally, it would be to a pawn shop or something like that, and they will give you VERY little.

In the UK we have a site called gumtree, its like ebay but only for people that live around your area and you can just drop them off and its easy. If there's an equivalent it would be an idea for you.

Failing that, small independent i.t stores will probably take them off your hands if they're in good enough quality to sell on.
