ok so recently my ipod got a little wet when i fell in a lake, but almost everything works and the litmus sensor didnt even change colour. The only problem is the touch screen is no longer responsive. i was wondering where i can return it? i bought it late february at future shop, so could i return it there? the nearest apple store is in toronto and i live in ottawa so i cant take it to a genius bar or anything. ideas?

Contact Apple Tech support and they will help you from there. You can ship i to them but it costs like $40. A small price to pay for a new ipod.

Is it within your 30 day or 60 day purchase to exchange?

And I can't believe they don't have an Apple store in Ottawa...

Sorry, just realized you said originally you bought it in February...definitely past the exchange time.
Did you get an extended warranty by any chance?

yea i no that they dont, but the sensor never gt wet, so as far as apple knows, the tochscreen just stopped working one day..

actually there is a one year warranty on all ipods..
anyways i found a form on the apple website that tells what to do and they are going to send me a prepaid box to get it replaced.

thnx everyone for the help i appreciate it
