I have an iPT 2g and already running 3.1.2 with the use of blackrain.
And I want to find the themes folder so that I can paste my customized theme. I already tried using the iPhone Explorer and iFunBox
and their showing the same directories. Question is:

Where are the common directories? (\private\var\stash\themes.**** blah blah)

    Anyway here's a screenshot:

I have not personally used the programs you've listed above (I use iphonebrowser), but I know Blackra1n does not enable afc2 service. If the programs you listed above are dependant on it, then you have to manually enable it.

If that is the case, you can quickly read the below conversation which should help you.

It worked for me when I could not access the folders you are looking for.

No I have in the same situation as Aserate.
I use both iPhonebrowser and iFunbox and they have always worked but with this new firmware I can't access the folders. Maybe the people over at Apple has to do smth with this...

Thx so much man. After Winscp-ing and replacing the .plist file and restarting my iPod I was able to use the iPhonebrowser again.

(takes a look at title) *thinks* FOLDERS PL0X!
what i did is i installed automatic ssh - then i downloaded winscp (to me its best) and installed sbsettings - then i did what i had to do (set up ipod/iphone with winscp) and you have var/xxxx/xxx/xxx/ folders

if you need help on winscp set up - look here
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0F8WyksBlQ the title says 2.2.1 but thats because that was the only version of jailbreak out at the time, i used it at 3.1 and 3.1.2 so it works definatley
