The option just wont show up in my Music thinger. I looked in the More->Edit menu and it isn't there. Does my iPod just fail? It is showing up in iTunes.

Same here... The standard Genius Playlists are there but not the Mixes... How do we activate it to show on our IPTs?

You have to turn off 'manually manage music' and sync each genius playlist you want to use on the music sync options.

    Close, but no cigar.

Go into iTunes 9. Connect your Device, turn off Manually Manage Music if it is on. Then click the Music Tab inside the Device Portal, check Sync Music if it isn't, 3 columns will appear, check the Artists you want to Sync, then over in Playlists, check Genius Mixes and they will all sync to your Device.

Nope, I don't even manage my music manually... It's selected to automatically sync with the checked songs and playlists in iTunes... So how come the Genius Mix does not get synced with the IPT, unlike the other playlists?

    A bit weird here...

I got mine fixed. It lists them as playlists and have to be synced, as coco said. I restored my iPod from a 3.0 backup so it didn't sync them. These playlists are not automatically checked, so they need to be checked for syncing.
