I heard that if you restore from a backup it can mess up your iPod (Just after jailbreaking iPod), is that true? If it is and you have to select "setup new iPod". Can you restore from a backup after that? Im just wondering, Concidering jailbreaking again

Pick new Ipod, then re-choose all the songs/apps etc then sync.
