When I upgrade to 2.0...

    Sorry, I have noticed that you guys would rather that we not post so many questions about the 2.0 firmware. But I would like to know this.

    When 2.0 comes out, I will definetly be upgrading right away. Will I lose all my apps including installer? Will I still keep my contacts, calender events, bookmarks, etc?

    You'll lose your apps but keep the other stuff

    and im guessing you'll lose ur iPhone apps if you got them from Installer and didnt buy them

    thats what I am thinking. Do you think you will be able to get them back/will they create a new installer? I might stay away from Installer now that the app store looks more attractive to me, but if they create another installer, i might just make a list of the apps I have right now and add them again

    i reckon the iphone apps will stay (well it will delete the "downlaoded" ones and install the "official" ones)

    they would have to make new apps, too because htey don't work on2.0
