Ok so I was downloading a game for psx and it came out with a .7z at the end...I tried putting it in anyways but it doesn't show up on the ROM list...So what do I have to do to make it a .iso or something...Or is there another method?

Get a program called 7zip and open the .7z file and inside will be the files you need.

So I just opend the 7-zip file manager, then just drop the .7z file right onto there, then click ok to the pop-up then let it do whatever then thats it? I did that yet nothing happened...A file appeared on my desktop but it disappeared when it finished...

Instead of dropping the 7z in to 7zip find it in the file browser, highlight it, and hit extract.

Well I just right clicked the .7z file itself and clicked Extract here with Winrar...It started extracting and now I have three files...I've got a Game.bin.data file and a Game.bin.mode file...and a file named COSI...

Ok I believe you run the COSI file first. Does it make a regular. bin file? if it doesnt then just rename the bin.mode file to just .bin

Dude Winrar is so easy to run.

Ok right click extarxt here. It should be in your desktop. Make a new folder. Name it whatever your game is. Drag the files that came out of that extraction into the newly made folder. Install normally.
