    Beethoven's ... 9th symphony. That's right, i prefer the 9th to the 7th. Having said that i do like Vivaldi's Four Seasons, specifically Spring.

    but what mellows me out is the band "Less than Jake" especially the song "The Science of Selling Yourself Short"
