I'm thinking about jailbreaking my 2nd gen ipod touch, but I'm not sure if it's worth all the trouble.

I don't know the first thing about jailbreaking...

Teatherd means you need a computer to boot your iPod Touch in a jailbroken state but Unteatherd means you can turn your iPod off and on still in a jailbroken state...Its worth it, just use redsn0w 0.3 Beta...Go for a unteatherd.

Where have you been the past 1.5 months? Untethered is the only way to go.
