(So sorry if this has been posted before..)

I've got an iPod touch, 3G, and I want to jailbreak it.
Problem is, I've tried blackra1n and it just gave me a headache by freezing my iPod up for a while.

I've heard of Pwnagetool and iJailbreak and a few others,
but I don't know what to use.

Could I get any advice for this please?

blackra1n should work... You're just doing it wrong. I've done several iPod Touch 3G and all went smoothly on MAC and Windows.

Ahh 3g it's called teathered and that mmeans every time your turn off your iPod you will need to boot it back up by plugging it in to your mac and running blackra1n.... Hope this helped
