I knew they'd use a Dual-Core processor. Next year we will either see a Quad-Core processor, or a Dual-Core processor that is about twice as fast as the A5 by using newer technology. They always improve the graphics, keeping up to date with the latest graphics and demanding games. However, the A5's GPU was extremely powerful - betting that of the Quad-Core Tegra 3 without an issue (although the Tegra 3 is about twice as fast as the A5 CPU-wise, or more)
Surely if they've gone deep into iOS 6 beta we would have all sorts of screen shots and leaks about the new os. Just doesn't work...
Androids don't really have many graphic-intensive games and do need the extra CPU power, so it's befitting.
Like saying you know the specs of the iPhone 19. Which is gonna be called the SPhone by then. The iPhone 6 (which WILL be the next iPhone, not iPhone 5 bc the 4s is the iPhone 5) is only several months away (Fall 2012).
They'll just call it "The new iPhone". It will have the A5X processor, I'm betting. Hold on....iOS 6 beta??? Nobody has an iOS 6 beta yet....right???
Why do they need to upgrade the GPU? If there is no significant resolution change, the current GPU will still out-class the iPad 3 in terms of real world performance.
