What would happen if...?

    What would happen if i create a custom ipsw with pwnage tool and i would like to install it?

    Hypothetically, you would put your iPod in DFU mode and go to iTunes and shift-click restore and navigate to your ispw file.

    If you did it right, it should work perfectly. If you didn't, DFU mode will always let you restore to a normal FW.

    he means will he have a jailbreak with making a custom firmware.
    the answer is no. you dont have the keys and using an outdated verion of pwnagetool will generate all the wrong files.
