I would assume just the same as a mobile phone. Send data quickly back and forth from the iPod and the computer.

why would that be difficult? i would think that it would just be a matter of activating it.

Activating then configuring a program to identify what types of files go where etc. Not so easy

i dont think bluetooth syncing will happen anytime soon cause they would have to add a patch to itunes cause currently no device that uses itunes has bt syncing and considering itunes it highly tested and secured"it is the numberone music jukebox or w/e" it would take longer than the jailbreak itself
    hope this helped

Well... we cant really say anything right now. But when the jailbreak is released someone will deffently begin hacking the bluetooth (If even posiple by software).

nope, idts.. its very possible to do that. if only you have a bluetooth device *ipod touch 2G* for example. then if it is registered to a computer, open up itunes. itunes recognizes the ipod. then, sync it. lol. just an idea. its possible
