    hey everyone, i woke up this morning, the day after halloween, and i thought;

    what will happen to all the halloween apps now they are useless? and what about the flood of Christmas ones we will have. What will happen to them on 26th December?

    Will apple let the store be clogged up with pretty much useless apps, taking up space on their servers? or do you think they will be brought down till next year?

    true, but i dont know if the developers will want that. Think of all the effort they would've put in.

    Apple has plenty of server space. Unless asked by the developer, Apple will keep them up. They will just go down on the list, become harder to find, much like old topics on a forum like this one.

    Yep, remember:
    The Devs pay for this hosting service. Apple has to (and does) guarantee that it will stay on the App Store.

    They pay but this cuts :> Then you buy app 70% money goes to developer 30% goes to Apple for hosting (as they said

    ).

    Initial 99$/year is for support, same as MobileMe
