What was used to make Untetherizer GUI?

    Well if you've seen the untetherizer GUI, then you know it is pretty cool.

    I know its in Cocoa, wanted to know what he used to make it, because it's not from IB (atleast i think.... :/ )

    and i didn't know the human interface guidelines either..

    But seriously, that's why win32 gui's looks like complete ass. "Professionals have standards", but that doesn't stop me from wanting to strangle whoever designed that.
