What software version do you recommend that I use my iPod at? I have a 1.1.2 iPod and I was wondering that if I downgrade to 1.1.1 and then jailbreak it there, should I stay at 1.1.1 or jailbreak 1.1.2? Hope you can understand that, thanks!

If you have 1.1.2 already and you want to stay on 1.1.2 and still be jailbroken than you MUST downgrade first anyways.

Either way to jailbreak the ipod you have to be running 1.1.1 first.

Yes, but do you recommend staying at 1.1.1 or then going back up to 1.1.2?

So, you're saying that 1.1.2 is more stable then? Or, are you just doing different things that you didnt do when you had 1.1.1?

1.1.2 has 412 MHz, while 1.1.1 has 400 MHz, so it's faster and thus, more stable if you are multi-tasking.
