One quick question, i have an iPod that has its touchscreen come off from the bottom left, not sure how, manufacturing fault i guess ;( and i want to send it to apple, but as their warranty says if you send anything else besides the iPod they will not return it, I'm worried because i want to send the original box to them so it doesn't get scratched during transit as it has been in a case and has screen protector on it ever since its been taken out. so i was wondering can i send the iPod with the original box or do i have to find another way to send it to apple eg. package the iPod in bubble wrap. Thanks for the info

THe box should be fine unless you want to keep the box. If you want to keep the box and don't want to take the chances of them keeing it, then just place it in bouble wrap and make sure its packaged good and tight.

But leave the earbuds and any other accessory at home.
