what temperature is overheating? i need #s

    what temperature should the back be below? is the heat gonna be resolved in a update? i have a ir themometer.. what is a good(#-#) medium(#-#) and ugh this isnt good(#-#)
    in celcius preferably. but i can always convert.

    if it's hot to touch you have a problem. Otherwise, don't worry about it.

    if it crashes, definatly not good, if its rly hot, shut it off for a bit, if its warm its normal, if its normal/cold/reasonable thats great!

    I second this. I also would like to add that if it gets extremely hot to the point where you cant even hold it anymore, it's overheating.

    I dont know exactly what are the innards materials made of, but I would say something above 100 Celsius would be a menace to your iPod (being copper mostly used on electronics).

    If you "cant hold it" is, pretty much, a subjective solution, and shouldnt be accepted as an answer.

    I synced 3000 songs at once and it got pretty Hot

    is it normal if only the part near the camera's getting hot when u play 3D games?
    it's probably around 40-45 degrees celcius since it's warm to the touch? =/
