I just installed ubuntu 9.04 on my laptop after microsoft sent me an email telling me that Windows 7 was going to be a b*tch June 1st. What should i install? Also is there anything i can do about the window snapping to the top menu bar? Any general things i should know about Ubuntu as well?

    To install:

    Compiz Fusion
    WINE
and other things. I don't use Ubuntu, Fedora Linux for me.

Compiz Fusion has an option to get rid of the snapping I think.

and I think Ubuntu uses the "sudo" command. I found it too hard. If you don't like that, use fedora as all you have to do is:

    Code:
    yum install (packagename)

You haven't seen me post very often before, have you?

Since you probably don't, I'll explain:

He said using sudo was too hard.
