My brother is friend with Grant Schilling (Curt shilling's son who is a major league baseball player) and grant just handed an iphone 4 on AT&T unactivated to him and said he could have it. I am assuming there is no way to activate this on verizon so what should i do with it?/?

Activate it on AT&T? Or don't? You can use it as a pimped out iPod touch if you want.

Just hacktivate and turn airplane mode on and re-enable wifi. I use that method on iPhone 1G and my cousins 3GS's.

I'd say go this route but since you already have a 4s anyway I'd just sell it.

Get Curt to autograph it and sell it for big bucks....then buy a new one and keep
    the extra!

Curt WAS a major league pitcher and helped the Boston Red Sox win the world series.
He's now kinda famous (or infamous) for his Studio 38 Videogame business that went belly up.

Hacktivate it and use a pre-paid system to get phone calls with it. Or you could send it to me :) jk.

iOS 6, pimped out iPT is the way to go. Or a dev device, that you test tweaks on before you put them on your daily driver.
