What kind of MacBook should I buy? I want a MacBook, but what kind? I want something cheap, fast, and preferably already with Leopard. What specs are good too? I know almost nothing about tech specs.

    EDIT:1,300th post!

i have a black one and it is the best for the money. mine is 2.4ghz, 250 gb hard drive and 2gb RAM, the second white model has the exact same specs except it is uglier and has a 160gb hard drive, that a 90gb difference which is huge, i've already used 110 gb not including the gb the software takes up

Definately not a MacBook Air, its an overpriced piece of sh*t with 1 USB port and no DVD/CD dive.
Macbook pro is a good powerful laptop for gaming

I am going to wait until Apple refreshes the MacBook line. (Aluminum case, etc.)

if you're getting a computer take this advice. never buy and old one. computers get outdated too fast as it is. its better just to invest in the newest model. i would wait if i was you. apple hasn't updated its macbook in a while and i would surprised if they didn't come out with a new one soon.

Expect an aluminum MacBook, a snazzier MacBook Pro, and a refreshed desktop line before the summer is over.

Apparently, Intel has been facing delays with their newest mobile chips, so we'll se how this plays out.

If I had to pick, even though I have a Windows Laptop, I would go with Macbook Pro. I might get one of those for college.
