So im getting a IPod Touch 2nd gen 16 gig for christmas. The thing im worried about is putting 300$ on something and dropping it or scratching it and feel stupid.

So I have looked at reviews for leather cases and plastic cases and what not. But im still confused. I want one that wont make my touch really bulky, and looks pretty damn cool. I want one that can withstand being dropped and such, and wont let the screen get scratch, or the pretty chrome back.

So I want someones opinion. Which case would be best to protect the ipod, but is also lite and cool looking.

Btw, I defenitly plan to buy that invisi shield for it.

I would personally say the RebelTouch found at switcheasy.com.

They recently added many new coloring options, and the case is both grippy and smooth. The spine backing is amazing and glossy. I highly recommend this case.

It would help if you gave the correct site: switcheasy.com

I think the RebelTouch is cooler with the spine and all. Plus, the color choices with the RebelTouch are unbeatable. SwitchEasy makes the best cases either way, and I can't wait for even more cases from them in the future.

Incase Slider FTW, it just keeps amazing me. The other day I decided to slip it off and see how it looked. I was expecting lint, dust, and scratches but to my amazement nothing. Best case I've ever had. Only other thing I'm worried about is the bottom "slider" part starting to get lose and slide off easier. Hasn't happened even though I occasionally fidget with it.

From what i've been reading, there are a lot of great cases out there, but in my opinion, i think the one i have, the Naked Case by Case-Mate is one of the best cases out there. Anyways, here is what it looks like.

I can't seem to find the right case to allow enough room to fully plug in my iTrip, considering I hate cords...
    Any suggestions?
