    Well, here's what I use on my iTouch.
    _

    iComic reader - link here
    (Pretty slick reader, greater interface and options)

    iFunBox - http://www.i-funbox.com
    (Free USB transfer software
    To put stuff into the, Raw File System/Photos/iComic, folder)

    And because some of my files were in RAR format, I converted them with 7-Zip and a batch file.
    http://7-zip.org/download.html

    Code:
    @ECHO OFF
    ECHO Searching for RAR files to recompress into Zip archives.
    for %%F in (*.rar) do (
    ECHO Found %%F to recompress...
    REM Extract...
    "C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7z" x "%%F" -o"%%F contents"
    REM Does the directory exist? has 7zip created it correctly?
    IF EXIST "%%F contents" (
    REM Change directory, create Zip of contents of directory...
    CD "%%F contents"
    "C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7z" a "../%%~nF.zip" * -mx=0
    CD ..
    REM Delete the temporary extraction folder
    RMDIR "%%F contents" /S /Q
    ECHO Recompressed %%F to %%~nF.zip
    )
    )
    del *.rar

    And here's the settings I personally found most useful for iComic:
    Off,On,On,Open Right, Off, Prefetch, Max 2048, Off, Smart, Edge, Right Tap, Off, Off, Off, Off, Home+File+Image, File

    ___

    Note: To make the batch file, make a new text file, and change the .TXT to a .BAT Then Right click on it, hit edit, paste in this code, and then save.

    Also 7-Zip might install in the Program Files x86 folder
    If that happens, just copy the 7-zip folder into the Program Files folder, and it should work just file.
