    Hey Guys,

Are there any advantages to the iPod wall chargers (like the powerblock) over plugging into a computer (other than you don't have to lug a computer around with you)?

I mean, does it charge faster than if you were to plug into a computer?

    Thanks.

    The main advantages are that:

    1) It does charge faster.
    2) You don't need to have a computer nearby to charge it

Alright, cool. That's good it charges faster. Approx. how much faster does it charge?

Like if it took 4 hours to charge an iPod that is completely dead (plugged into computer), about how long would it take through the wall adapter?

Does the iHome charge faster than a laptop and wall adapter?
