Scrubbing is changing the position of your place in a song using the bar at the top of the music player.

How is it lame? You can use it to get to an exact position in a podcast or song or video. That's the point of it. Instead of having to hold the fast forward or rewind button.

I noticed that you can change the speed of how fast you can move it, and i got to say, that it actually is pretty cool.

I guess, i thought it was just like before lol...

Well you always could do that, it just wasn't precise, that's where scrubbing comes in.

How does scrubbing make it more accurate?

Try it on your iPod, it's hard to explain.

well in terms of the definition from wiiso.com,(scrubbed iso) are compressed Wii iso's. THe empty space is removed from the iso (the garbage data), thus it is "scrubbed off"
