Even with alot of things disabled to save memory, and a vm mod, no winterboard, deleted almost all the springboard shadow files, after all that, ios4 is still way slower than 3.1.x. i Know alot of people post about it, but what is it that makes ios4 so slow?

Disable spotlight, that will help a little bit.

Hm... It doesn't seem to be that slow to me. I have the VM mod, wallpapers, and multitasking (But only multitask 4 apps at a time max, normally 3, including mail and Facebook). VM makes your device a little more "sluggish" but more stable and crash less.

I have no issues at all.

Speed isn't an issue for me.
