It's exactly what it sounds like. It installs all trusted Cydia sources.

So is it a good thing to download?

And where do the sources appear once you download all sources

Depends. More sources = longer Cydia load times, but also more available packages.

They install the same place other sources do, it's the same as you adding them yourself, but it does it for you.

    NO! Do not download it.

Many users here, myself included, have had serious issues due to All Sources.

The main problem is that there are so many sources that it causes Cydia to take forever to load. I was getting 20 minute "Reloading Data" cycles.

Because of these load times, Cydia will crash frequently - especially if you try to remove a source that was added with the package (You have to uninstall each package manually - and deal with about 150 errors after each)

Not to mention that many of the sources are now defunct (causing more errors), and the majority of these "trusted sources" are in other languages. Because EVERYONE needs their apps in French, Latin, Lebanese, Hebrew, Mandarin, Italian, and another 30 languages on top of that.

I spent about two and a half hours getting rid of the sources, and now my Cydia works again. Other people have had similar experiences, and a couple have had to restore because of it completely ruining their Cydia.

    I strongly recommend avoiding it.

you cannot listen to people when it comes to jailbroken applications.
    some have hits
    some have misses

i have installed all sources and loading time is only about a couple more seconds than usual.
no random refreshes. saves me time when needing to find a source.

fontswap: works great for me. for other people, not so much.

glad to see its doing some good for you chuch

All sources is known, due to dead sources, to cause Cydia to crash on loading up so make sure you have OpenSSH and MobileTerminal installed before you add All Sources.
