I have a ridiculous amount of apps in my iTunes that I'm sure, along with my Installer and Cydia stuff, is going to be enough to fill at least 9 pages once I sync them. When I make new pages, my iPod never lets me go past 9, so I'm assuming that that is the maximum page count, right? So what happens if there are too many apps? Are they installed anyway, but just not visible? Or is a 10th page created?

They are installed but invisible. 9 pages is the most you can have.

I would not recommend rebooting because you will most likely get an SWOD or stuck on boot logo.

Ouch, isnt there something that can be edited within the files that can allow for +9 pages? There wasnt any limit on 1.1.X was there?

The ceiling has always been 9 pages.

I guess Apple follow the Gates rule : "640K ought to be enough for anybody."

It used to be about 84 apps unless you used Categories

Hmmm.. Apple should increase the maximum in 2.1. I guess the only solution right now is to hide them and use appflow.

Also, if anyone is curious, I have 181 apps in iTunes.
