what happens if I restore my ipod using a no custom 1.1.4 firm?

    what happens if I restore my ipod using a no custom 1.1.4 firm?

    will my ipod break?
    will I loose the modifications of the bootloader?

    basicly it will put it back to apple original state and you will have to pwn it again

    Can't you just go into itunes and reload a custom firmware since the ipod/phone is already flashed...? I thought this was the point of pwnage?

    no, it flashed the bootloader and the firmware that was already on it at the time, re installing the original firmware is also replacing the bootloader, you will have to re-pwn, if you say update from a custom firmware to another, then thats gonna work
