    It says: Put Cyder on USB and Plug it in.

    he means the program i think guys, and Cyder is a program that acesses cydia downloads from your pc and puts them on your ipod, after they are downloaded, restart your ipod and they install, its for use for people without wifi near where they are

    put the program on a usb flash drive(i guess) or just try opening the program and plug in the ipod thats what i did but cyder didnt work for me for some reason.
