i found an app in iOS 4 called 'trust me' does anyone know what it does.
Try using it. If it doesn't work, use Poof or SBSettings to hide it.
the app is not on the springboard but search for it in the offical app search thing and you will find it
Hmmm.. Do you happen to be on the GM version? I can't find it in my spotlight...
no i downloaded it from itunes and im not a developer or on a mac so i would assume im on the final release
If you're jailbroken, sometimes hidden apps will appear in the Spotlight, like Springboard and TestApp.
SSH and look in your Applications folder and you will probably see TrustMe.app. Open it up and check it out, see what it is.
yeah just did it and i looked at the first readable line of code in the 'trustme' says 'clearAllTrustSettings' and there is an image called 'BlobIcon.png' which looks like the settings icon but square and larger.
this is written in the /English.lproj/TrustMe.strings
