When I bought my iPod, I heard I had warranty for a year, now my iPod is not working, it won't charge Ive tried many computers to charge it, because I thought it would be mine or the USB but nothing would work, I mean I take really good care of my iPod but now it won't charge, I think is the battery, I still have my receipt, I bought it at macys and it's only been 6 months, what should I do? Where do I call ? Will they send me a new one? who do I contact? What do i need?Please help!!
