What do apple say when they don't replace your ipod when you send it in. Mine has an 'orrible burn-type spot under the screen's lcd and i'm wondering if they might think it was my fault.

It was your fault and they just bill you for shipping.

This is the 2nd thread you have started about this, and your questions were all answered in the first thread. Send it in and see what they say... That's all you can do.

how did you get the burn spot in the first place? was it under you're pillow or something of that nature? or it just happened like that?
