Hey guys, I am thinking about jailbreaking my itouch, but I am scared because my old jailbroken 5g ipod is broke.
So I was just wondering, what are the possibilities with a jailbroken ipod?

My phone is perfectly stable. It always has been. My iPods (when I had them) were all perfectly stable. I think it's all a matter of what you are doing to them that causes them to be unstable.

And flash is overrated garbage that will never have a place on any phone I own.

Why the f*** do you even bother with the jailbroken forums or topics pertaining to jailbreaking if you hate it so much?

Stability is no issue on a jailbroken iPod Touch (or iPhone for that matter). Just because YOU are too incompetent to use a jailbroken iPod Touch or iPhone doesn't mean that it's unstable, or has the myriad of other issues you've claimed jailbreaking causes in the past. It just means that you can't use it properly.

Back on topic, just about anything aside from VoIP on 2.x firmwares. Full customization, emulators, streaming radio, free third party jailbroken apps, and full access to the device you paid for; not just the parts Apple is ok with you checking. In effect, my jailbreak has made my iPod Touch into a tiny computer, rather than just a media player with tight limitations.
