Decent case, I have it, using it right now :)

    Pros
    Feels Awesome in the hands
Good drop protection for the 'border' of the device
    Lay-on-the-table design is sweet
    Comes with Stand
Power button is easily accessible, (very easy)
    Sweeeeet see through design
    Very Slim

    Cons
Back CAN scratch, But if you have a ZAGGskin you'll be fine, you wont see scratches on the case.
Volume buttons, since they were already at a weight angle, the case makes it a little bit harder to press.
Does not cover the bottom portion border for protection

I would give it an 8.7/10
    recommend it? For Sure.

Like said, if you have a white ZAGG Skin, or a bright color, you won't even notice it. I Love the case though, Better than the Formfit IMO

    Scosche

Hey guys just wanted to tell you about the scosche cases (no I don't represent them but I have ordered a case from them), they have plenty of new cases for the iTouch 4g ranging from bumpers, to cases with full protection and integrated kickstands... Their website is www.scosche.com

The case I bought from them is the IT4SCBK switchKASE t4 - kickBACK Case & Silicone Skin for iPod touch (Gen 4)...
I believe it's the most expensive case for the iTouch 4g at 39.99 dollars, but I want to make sure it has absolutely no scratches on it. Plus it comes with alot of extras it Includes silicone skin with removable a sport armband and it Includes an ultra-clear screen protector and microfiber cleaning cloth for the application.

    Features of this case :
•Glossy polycarbonate exterior with fexible impact resistant rubber interior
    •Integrated kickstand for landscape viewing
•Lay on the table design protects screen from scratches
•Flexible rubber protects volume and sleep buttons without reducing sensitivity

It has basically everything I need, and with my BSE on it will have a full protection, the case is a hybrid, the front has rubber for it to absorb forward drops and the back has hardish polycarbonate with protects from scratches, dust attraction and larger falls. It also has the integrated kickstand to make it easier to watch movies or use a bluetooth keyboard (like me).

Long post, but just wanted to recommend a comapny that I believe should be getting themselves more out there. Good luck keeping your itouch 4g scratch free!

Hey guys wanted to thank you all for this thread. I just got my first ipod touch and don't know anything about cases for it. I read all 52 pages of this. I think this thread is the best case roundup on the whole net for the touch 4g. I registered just to thank you all.

I am mostly worried about shocks and not scratches. Anyway I finally decided on the new Switcheasy Colors for the ipod 4g which just came out. I didn't see a review for it here yet so I will create one when I get it. I went for the lime green one because I am just weird like that.

I was considering the griffin outfit gloss hard snap on case. That one seemed good but I was a little worried about how exposed the ports on the bottom are. Also it's a bit pricy at 25 bucks.

I looked at some of the TPU cases but it looked like most of them don't have much protection for the front bezel of the ipod. However, if I don't like the switcheasy I will probably order a few TPU cases from handhelditems next.

Anyhow, I decided to go with the Switcheasy because it protects the front and has little plugs that will cover the ports. I'll let you all know how it turns out. Thanks!

Hey guys. I've skimmed over the majority of these topics, trying to find a screen protector/case.

I don't have a 4G yet, but when I get one, I want to protect it (my current 2G has millions of scratches and a crack on the front side). I'm thinking about getting a ZAGG invisibleSHIELD for the front side, and a SwitchEasy skin for the backside.

Or should I just get a full-body invisibleSHIELD?
