What Apple has done in the world of technology

    For those who don't know much about Apple...Here you go.
    NOTE: Apple = Steve Jobs. Basically, Steve Jobs is behind everything.

    Apple created the first Personal Computer. in other words, the first computer with a graphical interface (other computers where just command-line based).

    Apple invented the mouse. Do I need to say more?

    Apple created iTunes, the largest music store on the internet. Billions of songs have been sold on iTunes.

    Apple created the iPod, which changed Audio & Video Devices forever. Even today, iPod is the most popular MP3/MP4 Player on the market.

    Apple created the iPhone, which changed smartphones forever. Without the iPhone, we wouldn't be seeing these other fancy smartphones on the market.

    Apple created the iPad, which changed mobile devices forever. Without the iPad, we wouldn't be seeing any other tablet device on the market. No Galaxy Tab, XOOM, or anything.

    You can hate on Apple because you think other computers/MP3 Players/Smartphones/Tablet Devices are better, but Apple started it.

    They could have but they probably wouldn't have executed the idea as well as Apple did. Companies like Nintendo or Sega which revolutionized gaming way back but are now dead or trailing behind competitors Sony and Microsoft because of failed execution. Apple are still tops at every gadget/device they have invented or revolutionized to date (iMac, iPod, iPhone, iPad).

    You make it seem like they are the only ones to thank when it comes to things like tablets and such. The idea would have come around.

    You make it sound like Apple is the Alpha & Omega of the tech world.
    Microsoft brought the PC to the common man.

    Also, come back to me when Steve Jobs goes donates his fortune to people in need like Bill.
