What am i going to benefit from updating and jailbreaking my Ipod again?

    I currently have my ipod jailbreaked to 1.1.1 with iphone apps. im happy!

    Right im a bit confused please could someone explain, these things.

    1. Can i update the official way with a jailbroken ipod?
    2. With 1.1.2 what should i be looking forward to is there anything i should be excitied for?
    3. When i want to perform an upgrade the way of through itunes and downloading the 1.1.2 file. Will i then need to jailbreak it again?
    4. Once i update it and my ipod reboots after the extraction of the file has completed, will i lose all my data from my ipod.
    5. Do i have to jailbreak again once updated this way?
    6. Is there any perfromance features with iphone apps 1,
    7. sorry with iphone apps 1.1.2?
    8. When the official update is released and is available to download free from itunes can i do this.
    9. Can i update straight away.

    Here are some answers.

    1. Yes, but you will need to install oktoprep first before the upgrade if you plan to jailbreak 1.1.2
    2. Notable features included noticeable improved audio quality and speed. Also you get a nifty little battery icon in iTunes

    4. no, just applications are lost music files and the like are fine
    5. yes
    6. ???
    7. I don't believe so just some compatibility fixes for the 1.1.2 firmware for mail
    8. see one (last I heard the 1.1.2 update was released to iTunes but since I already have it I can't personally confirm)
    9. if you care about jailbreak then no, see one, otherwise yes
