i went to 1.1.4 using ipodtouchmasters soft version in installer, which after a minute in 1.1.4 f***ed up forcing me to restore to 1.1.1, which worked until the same problem happened on 1.1.1. now it wont even restore without saying error 1604 or something along those lines. ive tried to restore to both 1.1.1 and 1.1.2, im trying a 1.1.4 restore now to see how that goes

Restart your computer. It fixed my 1604 error in iTunes.

ITS NOT BRICKED... Noobs dont know the meaning of bricked...

Open up ZiPhone, Plug your iPod, Click on Advanced settings, and then click on DFU Mode. Open iTunes and restore to 1.1.1 or whatever you want...

Next person to say they have a Bricked iPod Touch should have a Sharp bring thrown at their Solar Plexus and Medulla Oblongata.

No one has EVER truly bricked their ipod. Even mortal who tried to dual boot his fixed it.

Lol, yea, even though mine was next to bricked, it wasn't...
I bet it is possible to brick your iPod, though, but it would take a lot of editing through SSH... I mean, just creating an extra partition almost permanently forced my iPod into restore mode.

Which is why I'm thankful for people using Ziphone before it was released for Touch.. Because that's the reason Zibri made the NVRAM fix, which was the only was to actually boot my iPod. o-O
