I have had my iPot for like 2 weeks now..and today I installed the "All Sources" Package, hoping I was going to get some good stuff along with it.

So the sources finally refresh and I exit installer to go eat dinner, I come back and reload it..It wont work, it goes to a white screen and crashes back to the home screen.

You could always restore but do that as a last resort

Try to reboot, respring, and if not, restore.

I am not sure if it is just me, but wasn't there a fix for this? Like, you SSH and need to delete some temporary file? I have a vague recollection...

ssh or use mobilefinder and go into your installer folder
    delete remotesources.plist
then remove all the sources you dont want (i like to keep <20)
and youll be good to go
if you dont remove enough sources this will happen every time,
and you will have to delete the same file over and over again
