ok so i have a 2nd gen touch and i got a new computer and i transfered all my songs so to make the sync easy i decided to reset my ipod that way i could just plug in and go right? so i reset it and everything was good until i noticed the screen

its just a picture of the usb cord going into the itunes logo
so i figured plug it in obviously
but itunes isnt reading the ipod, its like it doesnt even exist
ive also re installed itunes twice already
