I've been having this annoying problem with the YouTube.app on my iPod ever since yesterday. When I tap on any of my subscriptions or playlists it just says "YouTube not available". The weird thing is that I can still tap the "New Videos" thing under my subcriptions and see all the recent videos, but I can't tap any individual subscription. And my playlists simply do not work at all. As soon as a tap a playlist, it just comes up with that message again. At first I figured that the YouTube people were just fixing stuff yesterday, as that's happened before, but it never takes them 2 days to do it, so something must be wrong with my iPod. Has anyone else had any of these problems with the YouTube app lately? Btw I'm on an iPod touch 1G with the 3.0 firmware(I never updated to 3.1)

Try updating. It's a lot better anyway.

Do I have to pay to update if I already paid for 3.0?
