Whenever i boot my iPod Touch 2G MB 8GB (Jailbroken using Jailbreakme.com 4.0), i get after a few seconds weird stuff on my screen and i get the loading animation on top of the apple logo... I think what is the problem that it resprings at boot or something like that? Cause i end up on the lockscreen, but if you boot normally you would get to the springboard, right?

Is this a problem with Jailbreakme, is there anything to do about it, because it really slows down boot times.

It's part of the jailbreak. Along with the rainbow line on the bootscreen.

Getting to the Lockscreen is normal. Weird stuff is because of the Star (Jailbreakme) Jailbreak. I would recommend you to take a look at the Jailbreak for 4.0.2 in my signature (which works with your device, as it is a MB). redsn0w is better than star for your device

Why would redsn0 be better than Star?

You can choose settings before Jailbreaking. (Verbose, Custom Bootlogo, Custom Recovery logo) - You get no sh*t on the screen while you boot - redsn0w uses a exploit that is not patchable, star uses a exploit that is patched and therefore you cannot update at any time.

If RedSn0w is unpatchable, why do they take so long every time a new firmware is released?

I don't care about boot stuff since it's purely cosmetic and/or stuff I shouldn't touch, and updating undoes jailbreaks anyway.

    Anything more?

Its not that easy to make a jailbreak for the 24kpwn exploitable devices. You actually have to know how to use the exploit and how to implement it in the new firmware.
