As the title says, I'm experiencing a weird problem with Cydia and OR Winterboard.

Cydia does not seem to recognize packages I had already installed, I see them on Winterboard, but not in Cydia. In Cydia there are only a few of the default stuff and 3 things I downloaded last night...I had to re download Winterboard when I already have it.
I can't remove any of the packages I have from Cydia, because it says I do not have them installed, when I do. I don't know if this has to do with redsn0w 0.3, because I realized this problem after upgrading, but I don't know if I had the problem before and did not notice.

    Anyone know what's going on?

EDIT: Strange, I seem to have an extra of all the folders in stash, they are "shortcuts" and end in .pwn...odd. Is it safe to delete them? I think that's what causing my problem. Now I'm sure it's because of the 0.3 jailbreak.

Same issue after using .3 :/
Does this mean I will not receive updates if they come available?

Is there anyway to allow Cydia to register my downloads?
Do you think running AptBackup could do it?

I have the same problem, and no idea how to fix it. Where does cydia download its files before installing? Does it keep them? That would help to make a list, or to install them manually
