    Hi all -
I have a few issues - been searching for the past few days trying to decide
when/how to upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1 on my jb/pwnd beauty.
    It has been totally customized

    (pics at end)
It started acting up, just crashing out, etc randomly
I knew that there may be too many apps on there!!!

When connected to iTunes synching, it left several apps still in "loading" phase..
.there were 9 of them, all placed on the last page as they do
(dam that's annoying, I Hate when They move my apps around)
So, it's time to set it right.
I first moved the apps off my Touch -
and the ones that were still in loading mode,
    Are Still Loading!
Oh, and i got a message that 1'got lost' or something like that,
and some were not removed(koi pond and mac man)
    wtf
    Cydia is still there

    so
Do I now restore it b4 going 2.1 and Itunes8?
    i yi yi
it was fun for awhile seeing how crazy the Touch would get,
i was actually enjoying some of the glichiness,
but this last time it crashed hard,
so time to redo the deed.
    Thanks!

    ok...
un-plug your ipod from your computer
    turn your ipod off completely
hold down the home button (the round one)
    now keep holding it
and plug the ipod into the computer while still holding it

keep holding and it should go into recovery mode
open itunes and go to the ipod bit
hold down shift and click on restore
    find the 2.1 ipsw
    let it restore

    then download quickpwn
open it and select your device
    follow the onscreen instructions

you now have a jailbroken 2.1 device
