The install of Glyphboard on your iPhone/iPod Touch is fairly simple.

    • Touch "Add" in the top right hand corner

    Overall/Summary:
So I know it wasn't an App Store app but it runs like on and has an icon. So I decided it might be okay. But anyway.
Glyphboard is one of the most useful add on I've used in awhile. Even though it would make a good keyboard extension in Cydia this is fine too.

    Pros:
    • Can use OSX Keystoke images
    • Effortlessly copy and paste Keystoke images in any text field(Even MakeItMine

      )
    • Copy multiple Keystroke images with the text field above the keystrokes
    • Looks great on the iPhone/iPod Touch
    • Can be read by other OS's as well (Thanks MiniMacLean)
    • Can be used out of Wi-Fi,3G,EDGE network.

    Cons:
    • Not a keyboard extension like Emoji

It's a good idea. It's the first review for a WebApp here, and I'll check it out myself in a sec but I agree it's a bit short. Not much you can do though with an app with such little functionality.

I don't see how this is better than Emoji. They're two different things.
This is good for copying miscellaneous characters, whereas Emoji are emoticons.
This is a useful utility, but most certainly not 'Better Than Emoji'.

thanks for the review.. another pro should be the fact that the glyphs can be read by other os's and devices other than the iphone os

    Thanks. :] I try.

Mmm, I understand where you're coming from. I updated the title not to mislead people.

No problem. And Okay, I'll add it. :]

I wouldn't say it's better than Emoji, seeing as you need Wi-fi/3g to use it.

    Nuh uh.
Don't need Wi-fi. After you add it to your home screen your okay to use it like a normal app.

Oh. Well, this and Emoji aren't really the same thing, but this looks great. Nice review.
