    Hi All,
    I just updated and jailbroke 3.0 on my 3g. I have everything I need installed and themed except for the weather icon. This is the same theme I used in 2.2.1 do I now need to name the weather icon something else? Can send me in the right direction?

    Thanks a bunch!
    Jeff

    Figured it out, a quick edit of the *.plist file and viola weather icon is skinned!

    Replace your info.plist from /Applications/Weather.app bundle to this below:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
    <plist version="1.0">
    <dict>
    <key>CFBundleDevelopmentRegion</key>
    <string>English</string>
    <key>CFBundleExecutable</key>
    <string>Weather</string>
    <key>CFBundleIdentifier</key>
    <string>com.apple.weather</string>
    <key>CFBundleInfoDictionaryVersion</key>
    <string>6.0</string>
    <key>CFBundlePackageType</key>
    <string>APPL</string>
    <key>CFBundleSignature</key>
    <string>????</string>
    <key>CFBundleVersion</key>
    <string>1.0</string>
    <key>SBUsesNetwork</key>
    <string>3</string>
    </dict>
    </plist>

    nope that didn't work. i copied out the original Info.plist in the Weather.app and replaced it with what you posted (opened in notepad) and then copied it back to Weather.app dir and overwrote the old info.plist and i still get a ? and a N/A for the weather icon as far as whether it should put a sun or moon there or clouds etc.

    i unchecked those options in winterboard and even the default weather icon has a ? still.

    also the sms/messages icon doesnt' seem to get skinned by any cydia icon themes.

    also LogoMe doesn't seem to work with 3.0, it wont even install.

    yeah i'm having the same problem with the weather icon too. you can change the sms icon by renaming it to Messages.png, that should do the trick as before it was just Text.png. now to go through all the weather related words and see if it works!!
