Can you imagine what a truly "magical" and "revolutionary" device the current ipod touch would be hailed as, had it been the first version of it in 2008? People keep complaining about it not having a better camera, more memory, but the fact is, if you just judge it on what it is now, and not how many things were improved on in the past 12 months, maybe then you can appreciate it for what it is. And besides, if you did just want to judge it based on its progression, compare it to the Zune, or the Creative Zen. Those products havent progressed half as much as the iPod touch. And Microsoft definitely had the money to accomplish it. But not the passion or the talent.
