So everyone enjoying their rebel touch case yeah?!

    Haha
    Poor Heather.

I contacted them 2 weeks ago asking for a replacement because mine is scrated, ripped, torn - And I only JUST got a reply today... Wasn't happy. Asked for money back and a replacement for the lateness of their reply..

    We'll see what happens now.

Your not the only one. I didn't break a nail or anything, but I just dislike it. I gave it away and got a Griffin Reflect.

From what I see in this thread, only 33% of the people who is not happy with SwitchEasy has reason.

Broken nail?... That truly doesn't seem SwitchEasy's fault.... I mean, is it the floor's builder fault if I fall and break my leg?

"Disliked it and gave it away"? Have you ever heard of reviews, pictures, videos?

@Abcmsaj: That's bad luck, I didn't actually buy the case, but the customer service I got from them was really really good...

Of course I checked out all the reviews and stuff. I figured it was a good buy. But once I got it, I just didn't like it. Problem?

They didn't have a "Broken Nail" warning on the cover...

How exactly did you break your nail on it? I have very short nails, and i can open it fine. If you have very long nails, or possible those fake nails, i can see how they can easily be broken, but that is not the cases fault. Its simply due to the physics.... If you put too much force on something, it will break......
