I saw a set of commands that you could use on Vista to disable LibUSB, but can't seem to find them through search anymore. Could someone tell me what they are, or a link to the original post that has those.

if you want a simple solution, then dual boot linux or run it on a virtual machine, or buy an apple computer.

once you go mac, you never go back.

I realize that. And I am getting a Mac. Soon. And I have Ubuntu dual booted, but I can't find drivers for the wireless card, so I can't download the files needed. I saw some commands to disable it, to prevent loss of Mouse and keyboard and BSODs.

I could do that. Or, I can find those commands, and not worry about it.

How could you say that???!!!! Macs are beautiful, powerful machines. They are built to the highest standard, and have the best OS money could buy. Even if you don't like OS X (how could you not?) you can Boot Camp Windows, and have this beautiful piece of hardware with the worst OS I could imagine.

But still, I need those commands.

the hardware in a mac is the same as that in a pc... but it costs much more money for lesser specs. My HP laptop specs are unavailable on any mac laptop. (18.4 inch 1080p screen, blu ray, etc)
